Privacy Policy

Digital First Packaging Industry SPS LLC is a premium printing and packaging company based in Ajman Free Zone, UAE. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our website, portal, or services.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, company name when you register.
• Order & quote data — specifications, artwork files, quantities, delivery addresses related to your print jobs.
• Contact submissions — messages you send via our contact form or email.
• Usage data — browser and device type, and the pages visited, counted without identifying you (see Section 6).

We use your data to:

• Process and manage your print orders and quote requests.
• Communicate order status, invoices, and service updates.
• Respond to enquiries and customer support requests.
• Improve our website, portal, and service offerings.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security), hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

Access to your personal data is restricted to authorised Digital First Packaging Industry SPS LLC staff on a need-to-know basis.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

Our website uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security (via Supabase Auth).

We also count visits to the website anonymously, to understand how it is used: a random visitor number (kept for up to one year) and a visit number (30 minutes) are stored in our own first-party cookies. We do not store your name, e-mail address or IP address with these counts; we keep them for 13 months, after which only daily totals remain.

We do not use advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information via your Profile settings.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@digitalfirstprint.com. We will respond within 7 working days.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel / Hostinger — website hosting and deployment
• Groq — the AI service our staff use to look things up in our records. Only the question and the record excerpts needed to answer it are sent; nothing is changed unless a staff member confirms it, and conversations are kept for 12 months.
• Groq — the public "Ask us" assistant for visitors who are not signed in. What a visitor types is sent to it after e-mail addresses and phone numbers have been removed. The chat is kept for 12 months under a random code in a cookie (pf_vk) that holds no name and no IP address; choosing "Don't save this chat" keeps nothing. If you sign in within 24 hours the chat is attached to your account and the code is removed.

We do not use Facebook Pixel or advertising trackers.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
